The raised back deck continues from the screened porch to the other end of the home, past the master bedroom/bathroom area and direct access to the hot tub deck.The main deck provides for numerous sitting areas with breath taking views of the valley below. The back deck area covers approximately 2200 square feet with an additional 160 square feet of hot tub deck with the sunken hot tub (for easy access) and the 360 square foot screened in porch.

Hot Tub Deck

The hot tub deck area is located off the master bedroom/bathroom via a door in the bathroom, or from the back deck area. The hot tub is a fiberglass/wood enclosed LA Spa tub that seats 6-8 people. The hot tub is sunken into the deck for easy access.

Screened Porch

The large screened in the porch off the kitchen through French doors measures 12’x30’ feet with a metal roof and natural slate tile floor. The porch provides access to the back of the garage and to the main back deck area. The porch has three ceiling fans with light fixtures along with electrical outlets on all four walls. The porch was designed to take advantage of the thermal breezes coming up from the valley as they pass by the south side of the home.
